About Lisa...

Lisa Loveday is a passionate foodie and home gardener.

Since graduating with a Diploma in Home Science from Otago University and later going on to complete her London City & Guilds in Professional Cookery with Honours from AUT, Lisa Loveday has spent the last 20 years working with food in one way or another.

 She has developed food products for the New Zealand and Australian market for many large companies as well as writing down-to-earth recipes using their products and ingredients.

For two and a half years Lisa was Food Editor for TVOne’s popular ‘Food in a Minute’ series. And while employed at Wattie’s she also wrote and food styled two cookbooks: Let’s Cook (with nutritionist Julie Dick), a children’s recipe book, and Kiwi Favourites.

Currently Lisa is enjoying working from home writing recipes and spending more time gardening.
